We are a family business here in Epping, We evolved from a single product and our story began. We now create Wedding Bouquets and arrangements from Artificial Flowers. We offer an range of designs or a Full Bespoke Service to create perfect wedding flowers for any budget. This page will tell you how to return your silk wedding flowers if they are not exactly what you would like. We are always happy to accept returns. 

Returning your flowers


 

Were sorry to hear your not 100% happy with your flowers...

Not to worry we will help you with the return every step of the way. We offer a 100% satisfaction on all* of our flowers so we will be happy to process your return as quickly and as simply as possible. In the first instance please email us as soon as you know you wish to return your items and we will assist you through the process, we can even arrange for your flowers to be collected by our couriers to save you any inconvenience ( please see our Terms & Conditions for who pays the return postage). Please include your order number in the title / subject of your email so we can quickly identify and process your return. If you require us to arrange the return for you please include this in your email along with pick up address and contact details which we will pass on to our courier. Please see our terms and conditions for details of return pick up service limitations. 

Tips for returning your unwanted flowers :

  1. Always use a signed for / tracked service with insurance covering the value of contents
  2. Please ensure packaging is suitable for the items you wish to return to avoid items becoming damaged. Items returned in unsuitable packaging and that become damaged due to this may not be refunded.

Damaged Flowers

In the event of damaged goods being delivered we will pay the return postage costs. If your happy to return the items yourself please just email us first to let us know to expect the flowers. Also if you wish to return your damaged flowers yourself we can repay the return postage cost to you if you also send us the receipt of the postage cost (limits apply please see Terms & Conditions). 

Tips for returning your damaged flowers :

  1. Always use a signed for / tracked service with insurance covering the value of contents
  2. Please ensure packaging is suitable for the items you wish to return to avoid items becoming further damaged.
  3. Please photograph all damaged items before sending and where possible email the pictures to us. 
  4. On receipt of the damaged return we will email you to confirm delivery. We will then advise of the refund once it has been implemented. 

We can only refund monies back via the original payment method ( please see Terms & Conditions )

 

*Bespoke Orders

Where your order with us is a bespoke order and not one that is listed for sale on this site we do ask you contact us as soon as you know you wish to return the item. Bespoke orders are not subject to our normal terms of return ( please see our "Bespoke Order" section of our Terms & Conditions ).
